Markets lawyer returns to Shearman

Wanda Woo has rejoined Shearman & Sterling as a partner in Hong Kong. She had been an associate with the firm for seven years since 2011.

Woo joined from Wilson Sonsini in Hong Kong, where she was a partner. Prior to that, she worked at Kirkland & Ellis. Woo has extensive experience advising on capital markets transactions in the city including IPOs, share placings, rights offerings and bond offerings, as well as regulatory and compliance matters.
