The executive committee at J Sagar Associates has elected Dina Wadia and Shivpriya Nanda as joint managing partners with effect from 1 January 2016 for three years. JSA’s current managing partner, Berjis Desai, will guide the two partners as they assume leadership of the organization and is to retire on 1 April 2017.
“Both of us are very honoured to serve as joint managing partners … of a fully professional and meritorious organization that is based on strong values and ethics,” Wadia told India Business Law Journal. She said she and Nanda would strive to build on the legacy established by founder partner Jyoti Sagar and taken forward by Desai. “Our focus will be on the continued growth and consolidation of JSA,” she added.
