Former DH Law Associates senior partner Vivek Daswaney has joined IndusLaw as a partner in Mumbai. Daswaney moved with his team of five: Vidya Rao, Divakar Bhatia, Krupa Desai, Shriya Rao and Shreshth Bhartia.
Daswaney does general advisory work and specializes in real estate diligence and transactions and employment law. He also has substantial experience in corporate litigation and arbitration and has represented companies in arbitration proceedings overseas as well as before various courts, regulators and tribunals around India.
He merged his law firm, V Law Partners, with DH Law (now part of Link Legal India Law Services) in 2015. Prior to this he was a partner at ALMT Legal.
