Withers has hired commercial litigator Joseph Chu as a partner in its litigation and international arbitration practice in Hong Kong, joining from Simmons & Simmons, where he was a partner in the dispute resolution group for eight years.
Chu has more than 20 years of experience in cross-border commercial litigation and international arbitration. He represents institutional and individual clients, particularly Greater China-based and multinational companies, executives or boards involved in high-value disputes.
