Job Description
An international law firm is urgently looking for a US capital markets junior to middle level associate in Beijing. You will have the opportunity to work on a mix of US IPO, US listing compliance and HK IPO related matters. Ideally, you need to have a US JD/LL.M with US qualification, along with 1-3 years’ prior experience from an international law firm. Native Mandarin and fluent English is essential. Ref: LI8830
