Job Description
An international law firm is urgently looking to add a mid-level US capital markets associate in its Hong Kong office. The role will focus on international capital markets transactions, including IPOs and other equity offerings, investment-grade and exchangeable debt financings. Ideal candidates need to be US qualified, and have gained 3-5 years’ prior experience from an international law firm. Native Mandarin and fluent English is required. ABLJ9121
