Trip.com completed its secondary listing on the Hong Kong stock exchange on 19 April. Skadden acted as the Hong Kong and US legal counsel, Commerce & Finance Law Offices acted as PRC counsel, and Maples Group acted as Cayman Islands counsel for the issuer.
