Rai is a corporate lawyer with a focus on strategic M&A, corporate commercial work and insolvency. He represented Trilegal to work with French car company Peugeot in its acquisition of Ambassador from Hindustan Motors and assisted Peugeot on joint ventures with two CK Birla Group companies to manufacture cars and power trains in the country.
