Yoon & Yang has boosted its technology, media, and telecoms (TMT) practice with the hire of two former high-profile South Korean officials to reinforce the firm’s capabilities in advising on regulatory issues and government policies in the TMT sector.
Seok Jaebum, a former deputy minister for information and communication technology (ICT) policy at the Ministry of Science and ICT, joined the law firm as a senior adviser. Seok has served in various governmental offices including the Korea Communications Commission (KCC) and the Office of Presidential Secretary for Future Strategy.
