Tian Yuan Law Firm has opened an office in Nanjing, the group’s 12th, to provide legal services in areas such as capital markets and securities, corporate, mergers and acquisitions, finance and asset management, antitrust, and dispute resolution.
Nanjing is a key location as the Third Circuit Court is based in the city and is a representative of the Supreme People’s Court that can make equivalent judgments and rulings on major administrative, civil and commercial cases in Jiangsu, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Fujiang and Jiangxi.
