After 25 years at Baker McKenzie and spending 12 years as a partner, Thananan Sangnuan moves to DLA Piper as a partner in the Bangkok office.
Sangnuan advises financial institutions and commercial banks in managing distressed debt and assets, asset management, non-performing loan transactions, debt restructuring and acquisition finance.
She has extensive experience in M&A, asset management, corporate and debt restructuring, joint ventures, private equity and capital markets transactions.
Sangnuan also provides legal advice on securities offerings, and the rules and regulations of the Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Stock Exchange of Thailand and the Ministry of Commerce.
