A top tier U.S firm is looking to add an M&A lawyer to its team with a focus in technology transactions. Candidates must have strong experience in dealing with a mix of TMT transactions, and ideally have a focus on complex and emerging topics such as cyber security and data privacy, Strong English skills required.
