Hiways Law Firm has opened a Suzhou branch to inject synergy alongside the Shanghai headquarters, improving the firm’s services in the Yangtze Delta.
The new branch offers legal advice on corporate and commerce, private equity, international trade, construction and engineering, real estate, M&A, financing, intellectual property, wealth management, dispute resolution, and litigation.
In October, Hiways announced that new offices in London and Paris would be set up by the end of the year in a further overseas strategic move four years after launching its Seattle and Los Angeles offices.
