Suadat Ahmad Kirmani left Tatva Legal in Hyderabad to join IndusLaw’s disputes practice as partner in the Bengaluru office.
Kirmani, who is a seasoned disputes lawyer with nearly 11 years of experience, has provided expert advice to both domestic and multinational clients across a diverse array of corporate and commercial disputes.
His areas of expertise encompass litigation, arbitration, mergers and acquisitions, real estate matters, project disputes, claims and infrastructure conflicts, as well as cases involving insolvency and white-collar crimes.
Kirmani has advised multinational clients and represented major contractors in domestic and international arbitration for corporate disputes before the ICC, SIAC, ICA, DIAC, and others.
He has handled complex disputes in diverse sectors, including metro rail projects, strategic oil reserves, solar projects, roads and highways, and innovative vehicle test tracks in India.
Kirmani provides ongoing advisory services to companies operating in India, representing them in arbitral tribunals and courts nationwide, and offering expertise in contract management and dispute resolution, while also serving on the Young IAMC Steering Committee for 2022-2024.
