Bosltering its global data privacy, cybersecurity and digital assets practice, Squire Patton Boggs has hired tech lawyer Charmian Aw as a partner in the Singapore office.
Aw moved from Reed Smith, where she was a counsel for almost five years in the city-state, having spearheaded multijurisdictional projects spanning regulatory compliance, data governance, digital transformation, emerging technologies, cybersecurity readiness and incident response, and cross-border transfers and represents leading Asia-Pacific and global companies.
