SNG & Partners advised real estate developer TDI Group in its joint venture with NSE and BSE-listed Godrej Properties to develop a residential project in Delhi at Connaught Place.
SNG & Partners also advised a lender associated with the deal, while Godrej Properties was advised by its in-house legal team. The deal was announced on 6 December.
SNG & Partners’ team was led by partner Amit Aggarwal and included counsel Devyani Dhawan.
Godrej Properties said the project had “a developable potential of approximately 125,000 square feet of saleable area comprising primarily residential apartments of various configurations”.
