Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom announced on 2 May that Christopher Betts has joined the firm as a partner in its Hong Kong office.
Betts focuses on China-related capital markets and M&A transactions, as well as general corporate advice. He has advised a number of leading investment banks and PRC companies on their listings on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, M&A, rights issues etc.
He is a qualified lawyer in Hong Kong and New South Wales state in Australia, and is the fourth partner to join Skadden‘s Asia-Pacific practice in the past year.
