Sidley Austin — Meng Ding

Sidley Austin announced that Meng Ding has joined the firm in Hong Kong as a partner in its China corporate and finance group.

Meng was earlier a partner with Kirkland & Ellis’ capital markets practice group in Hong Kong. He started his career as a high-tech researcher and technologist in Silicon Valley, and has extensive experience in handling capital markets and M&A transactions, especially in the technology media and telecoms, healthcare, financial institutions, hard-tech and other emerging technology fields.
