Zang Yihan has joined the Shanghai branch of Shihui Partners as the seventh partner in the firm’s compliance group.
Zang regularly advises on white-collar crimes, anti-bribery and anti-corruption matters under the US, UK, and PRC laws, sanctions/anti-sanctions, export controls, and data compliance.
He is skilled in assisting clients in conducting complex or sensitive internal investigations, carrying out customised compliance due diligence in M&A and PE/VC contexts across the life sciences, finance, property, TMT and customer sectors.
Previously, Zang practised at Lang Yue Law Firm, the Chinese joint operation firm of Allen & Overy.
