Sidley Austin lawyer Lu Jing has joined Shihui as a partner, specialising in compliance and transactions and co-operation projects in the life sciences field.
Lu has worked as a senior lawyer at Sidley Austin with international clients including Pfizer, Bayer, Gilead, Medtronic and Olympus. He also worked in the pharmaceutical industry in China with BeiGene, Adagene and EvaHeart Pharmaceutical.
Lu has provided clients with services in establishing data compliance and anti-corruption compliance systems, assessing the effectiveness of compliance governance, compliance due diligence in M&A, and international compliance for employees on behalf of employers.
