Mumbai-based Sheth Developers has purchased the Golden Tobacco property in Vile Parle, Mumbai, for Rs5.91 billion (US$130 million). The sale is the largest real estate deal in Mumbai since the Wadhwa Group paid Rs8.31 billion for a plot in Bandra Kurla Complex, a commercial district in the city’s suburbs, more than two years ago.
