Shearman enhances finance team

Shearman & Sterling recently added Kenneth Ching to the firm’s finance practice as a counsel in Hong Kong. Ching is experienced in advising banks, credit funds, sponsors and corporate borrowers on a wide variety of debt financings transactions including acquisition and leveraged financings, real estate financing, structured financing and restructuring. He has particular expertise in outbound acquisition and leveraged financing into Europe and the US.
