Job Description
An international law firm is actively looking for a senior-level US corporate associate in its China or Hong Kong office. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a mix of US IPO, US listing compliance, HK IPO, cross-border M&A, and US public M&A related work. Leading partners in the fields to work with and fluency in both Mandarin and English is essential. ABLJ8603
Requirements
Ideal candidates should have a US JD / LL.M and qualified in the US, and need to have gained 4-6 years’ relevant experience from an international law firm.
