Job Description
Our client, a homegrown premier real estate developer with a strong presence in Mainland China and Hong Kong, is seeking a senior lawyer with proven real estate experience for a key role within China’s investment and development. Your key responsibilities include leading the China legal team of 30+ lawyers and overseeing the team’s legal and regulatory support to the company’s business, as well as leading the group’s real estate-related investments.
Requirements
Experience in handling PRC real estate and/or investment matters is essential; either a PRC qualified lawyer or a Common Law qualified lawyer with substantial PRC experience, preferably gained in the real estate industry. Partners with a strong real estate practice in a top-tier law firm are also welcome. You should also have 15+ years’ PQE and professional fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese. REF: 16274/VTA
