Job Description
Our client is a global company well-known for its tech consulting services. It often enters into large, complex transactions with clients that requires the support of its senior lawyers. It is now looking for a senior lawyer to support these transactions. The right candidate will be required to work closely with business and sales in leading and negotiating transactions, while advising senior stakeholders and leadership on the associated legal risks.
