Job Description
A global reputable retail group is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to support all corporate legal matters in China on a base of Shanghai. You will act as the subject matter expert on marketing, advertising, logistics, consumer protection, government administration, and product liabilities. You will also provide legal advice and support to management and the group’s companies.
Requirements
You will need to be PRC qualified with over 8 years’ PQE gained in both a top-tier corporate practice team with a leading law firm and with an MNC as well. A strong communicator and influencer with business acumen is preferred. Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills are mandatory, along with fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese. REF: CN 212/VTA
