Job Description
A Senior Legal Counsel is sought to support the capital markets practice and post-listing compliance issues of an Asia-based technology company on a base of Hong Kong. You will supervise the legal team and advise on relevant matters.
Requirements
Ideally, you have good experience dealing with SFC/SEC rules, listing compliance, and structured products regulations. A strong understanding of capital market transactions and regulations is highly desirable. Fluent English and Mandarin language skills, both written and spoken, are required. REF: 16539/VTA
