Job Description
A world-renowned brand has an opportunity for a business-savvy lawyer to join its China legal team to help support their healthy growth and to lead a small team on a base of Shanghai. You will support their digitalization program and all teams across the business from finance, to tax, to employment, to supply chain team. You will also in charge of corporate governance matters.
Requirements
To be considered, you will be a PRC qualified with strong corporate commercial experience; prior in-house experience gained with reputable organizations would be advantageous. You must have fluent English and Mandarin for the role. REF: CN101/VTA
