Job Description
This multinational industrial engineering company is recruiting a senior-level attorney to support their China business units on a base of Shanghai. You will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to all functions on all legal and compliance issues related to business activities.
Requirements
Ideally, candidates have 7 to 10 legal experience gained in-house from MNCs, as well as private practice background. Strong knowledge of PRC Contract Law, Labour Law, IPR Law, and relevant regulatory requirements is essential. You must be able to lead a team and have superior communication skills in oral and written Chinese and English. REF: 16078/VTA
