Job Description
This well-known retail brand with a strong presence in Asia has a 6-month contract role for a Senior Legal Counsel in Hong Kong. Our client is urgently seeking an experienced general commercial lawyer to support their core business sector’s corporate or commercial matters, including but not limited to daily operation support, corporate IT/software contract, as well as litigation support from an in-house lawyer’s perspective.
Requirements
Ideally, you are a Hong Kong qualified lawyer with a minimum of 12 years’ PQE of corporate or commercial experience gained in the FMCG, F&B, or retail sector. Previous experience as an in-house counsel in a non-FS institution is highly desirable. Additionally, experience in covering legal issues across Southeast Asia is a plus. A good team player with immediate availability is preferred.REF: 16251/VTA
