Job Description
A global pharmaceutical company is seeking a Senior Manager to join its Shanghai office covering the Greater China region’s IP matters. You will be responsible for all IP related work with a focus on enforcement and government matters.
Requirements
Ideally, you are admitted as PRC attorney and PRC Patent Agent with a science or engineering educational background plus over 8 years’ patent experience, 2 of which are in litigation or enforcement field. You must have fluent written and oral English and Mandarin for the role. REF: 15906/VTA
