Job Description
Our client is a global fund formation leader, working with fund sponsors and investors internationally. They are looking for a Senior Fund Formation Associate to join their market-leading practice in Hong Kong.
Requirements
Ideally, you are US/HK/E&W qualified with a minimum of 6 years’ experience of private fund formation and operation with a respected funds practice of a top global law firm. A proactive candidate with a strong work ethic and the ability to lead and manage transactions, solid fund formation knowledge and training plus attention to detail is sought. Fluency in written and oral English is required; Mandarin Chinese skills are advantageous. REF: 16421/VTA
