Job Description
Our client is an international law firm that gained recognition for its prominent emerging companies practice and they are currently seeking a senior-level Corporate Associate to join their Beijing office to keep up with the healthy flow of work.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be US-trained with strong technical skills as well as 5-7 years’ experience in M&A or private equity work. Experience in emerging companies and venture capital work is highly desirable. Lawyers who are familiar with US transactions or know how to work with startups preferred. The firm is open to lawyers who are currently in Asia or the US and prepared to relocate. It is ideal for someone who enjoys mentoring and training junior associates. REF: 16318/VTA
