Job Description
Our client, Hong Kong’s prestigious organization, has a requirement for a Senior Compliance and Regulatory Manager to join its Guangzhou office to ensure its operations comply with all legal and regulatory obligations in China. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring the policies and procedures of the overall compliance framework.
Requirements
You must have over 10 years’ compliance experience of environmental, health, and safety regulatory matters, ideally from within multinational corporations, consultancy and/or accounting firms. A deep understanding of compliance reviews, risk assessment, quality assurance, and internal controls is necessary, as well as hands-on experience in gap analysis and dashboards and documentation development of compliance reporting. Fluency in written and oral English and Mandarin Chinese is required.
