Job Description
A transactional lawyer having experience in the practice areas of general corporate advisory, private equity, venture capital, joint venture, and/or mergers and acquisitions.
Prior experience in leading due diligence, drafting transactional documents, and assisting in negotiations.
Exposure of advising early-stage firms on Fundraising, Mergers & Acquisitions, Private equity, or venture capital transactions.
Job Requirements
- A lawyer with 3-6 years of Work Experience in the same space.
- Ability to integrate seamlessly into various professional environments and adapt to the culture of the organization.
- Embraces out-of-the-box thinking in engaging and challenging teams when looking at challenges and opportunities and has the ability to work effectively under pressure.
