Martin Harman, a partner in Pinsent Masons’ projects and international construction practice, has been awarded the CBE (Commander of the Order of the British Empire) in the New Year’s Honours list. The award is for services to international trade and the legal profession.
Harman is a director of the UK-India Business Council. He is responsible under joint UK/Indian government initiatives for promoting co-operation in Indian infrastructure development.
Pinsent Masons senior partner Chris Mullen said: “Martin is making a significant contribution not only to our business as one of the most prominent lawyers in the international construction sector but also in a wider sense to the international business community, and it is great to see his work being recognized in this way.”
