Integreon, a legal process outsourcing (LPO) provider with teams in Mumbai, Delhi, Noida and New York, has appointed Mark Ross to the position of vice-president of legal services. The company provides outsourcing solutions, aimed at reducing costs and improving operational efficiencies, to major law firms and corporations, .
In November Integreon won four awards in India Business Law Journal’s inaugural Legal Process Outsourcing Awards, including “Best Overall LPOs”.

A UK-qualified solicitor and a former partner at UK law firm Underwoods Solicitors, Ross has six years of experience in the LPO field. Prior to joining Integreon, he was the vice-president of global sales and marketing at LawScribe, another LPO provider. “Mark is a recognized LPO thought leader and authority. We are delighted that he will now apply his deep domain expertise to assist Integreon’s clients,” said Liam Brown, Integreon’s chief executive officer. “Mark has a clear understanding and vision of the future for the legal profession and how leading law firms and corporate legal departments can use outsourcing to transform their businesses.”
