Our client is a leading UK law firm looking for a Restructuring & Insolvency (Finance) associate to join the team. The team covers a Pan Asian practice and focuses on restructuring and special situations – acting for all types of stakeholders in the restructuring and insolvency of financially challenged companies. The firm acts for a range of financial institutions, credit investors, insolvency office holders, turnaround specialists, hedge funds, private equity firms and corporations.
