Job Description
Our client is a leading restructuring practice that prides themselves on their global presence, reputation and high-end client base. They are seeking a mid-level M&A associate to join their Hong Kong office. This role will offer high quality restructuring and reorganization work.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have gained 3-6 years’ restructuring or reorganization experience in a highly regarded, comparable international/Chinese law firm. Candidates must be commercially aware, display technical excellence and have the ability to advise on Hong Kong and preferably China corporate law. HK/E&W legal qualification is required. Fluent written and oral English and Chinese is mandatory. REF: 16423/VTA
