Reed Smith hires three new partners in China and Hong Kong

Three new partners have joined Reed Smith in mainland China and Hong Kong to bolster the firm’s expertise in regulatory enforcement and litigation.

Dora Wang joined the firm as a partner in its global regulatory enforcement practice, and will be based in its Shanghai and New York offices. She is a US and UK-trained lawyer with extensive regulatory compliance and white-collar investigation experience.

Reed SmithShe advises multinational corporations on antitrust and competition matters, cybersecurity and data privacy laws, anti-corruption/anti-bribery issues, due diligence in mergers and acquisitions, compliance audit and policy formulation and implementation, and dispute resolution matters.

Mark West also joined the firm as a partner in its Hong Kong litigation practice. West has extensive experience in advising and representing Hong Kong-listed companies, multinational companies and high net worth individuals in a wide array of regulatory investigations, high-value and complex commercial litigation and arbitration, white collar crimes and fraud investigations.

Also in Hong Kong, Reed Smith hired Stephen Chan as a partner in its litigation practice. Chan was previously a dispute resolution partner in the Hong Kong office of Oldham Lie & Nie.

He focuses on commercial litigation, international arbitration, intellectual property litigation, employment and labour disputes, and white-collar crime.
