Ravi Singhania and Prem Rajani, the managing partners of Rajani Singhania & Partners, have disbanded their partnership after two years together and returned to their respective practices. The decision to part ways was an amicable one, driven by the view that each firm’s niche offerings were a stronger draw for clients than their combined full-service operation.
Singhania said that if Rajani was handling a capital markets deal, for example, Singhania’s Bangalore or Delhi office would support him and likewise Rajani would, for instance, offer assistance in securing approval from the Securities and Exchange Board of India for a deal Singhania was handling.
