Job Description
This Magic Circle law firm, known for its innovative and market-leading approach to knowledge management, is now looking to recruit a senior-level Corporate Professional Support Lawyer to join them. The role is primarily supporting their corporate lawyers as well as their China practice as a whole.
Requirements
Candidates will have a minimum of 6 years’ PQE and a strong track record as a PSL in corporate, M&A, and corporate finance in the PRC. An energetic and highly motivated candidate with strong technical, drafting, communication and interpersonal skills, and a flexible and proactive approach is preferred. Fluency in written and oral English and Mandarin is required. REF: 16441/VTA
