Shishir Sharma, a founding partner of Tatva Legal, moved back to Dua Associates on 1 September. In January 2010 Sharma had led the exit of 50 lawyers from Dua Associates to set up Tatva Legal.

Welcoming Sharma, who will be based at Dua Associates’ office in Gurgaon, managing partner Ranji Dua said his return was “a reaffirmation of the strong values that our firm stands for”, which makes it “a preferred choice for professionals having experienced the outside”.
Tatva Legal meanwhile wished Sharma and two others who moved with him – Seher Ali and Natasha Tuli – all the best in their future endeavours. In a statement, the firm said that it “continues to grow from strength to strength”.
