ILC was handed over to the firm’s associate partner, Rahul Kumar, who became ILC’s managing partner. “After having successfully survived the blockade for over a year now, the market in Qatar is now opening to new opportunities for entrepreneurs,” said Kumar, referring to the blockade imposed on Qatar by four Arab countries in the Gulf region.
Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain and Egypt cut diplomatic ties with Qatar in 2017 citing its alleged support of terrorism.
