Job Description
An Asia-focused PE fund is looking to grow its legal and compliance function in Hong Kong. Candidates should have familiarity with the asset management regulatory framework in Hong Kong, including experience in liaising with the SFC, as well as being able to advise on corporate governance matters. Requirements
This role will work closely with the business, so it is essential for candidates to have the ability to articulate and advise complex regulations to all levels of stakeholders. Our client has an interesting mix of projects which would offer the right candidate quality exposure, while working alongside high calibre professionals. Chinese skills are not required.
