Job Description
Our client houses one of the most experienced China law practices of any top-tier international law firm and is currently looking to recruit a Patent Litigation Partner to join their Beijing office. You will work on complex, high-profile disputes and take a lead role in the team.
Requirements
PRC legal qualification with extensive experience in IP litigation/disputes and a strong background in patents is a prerequisite, along with a proven track record of managing a large caseload, and of supervising individuals and managing teams. A strong life science background and a book of business are highly desirable but not essential. You must have fluent English and Mandarin Chinese for the role. REF: 16498/VTA
