Job Description
Our client is a Chinese top-tier law firm with an established market-leading PRC capital markets practice that ranks highly in all the main legal directories. They are looking for a Capital Markets Partner/Counsel to join their Shenzhen or Guangzhou office. You will work with the most notable technology companies, healthcare, biotech, and financial institutions on their capital markets activities.
Requirements
PRC-qualified lawyers who have at least 7 years’ PQE in Chinese equity capital markets transactions are welcome to apply. Strong technical and interpersonal skills plus leadership experience are a must. Fluency in Mandarin and English is mandatory. REF: 16373/VTA
