Job Description
Are you looking to join an AmLaw 100 firm, which has increased gross revenue despite Covid-19? Do you have previous Hong Kong IPO and public M&A experience? Then look no further! We have just received a new opportunity with a global law firm for a REITs Paralegal/International Associate to join their thriving financial services team in Hong Kong. You will work with the financial services team on REITS transactions and their clients’ REIT portfolios.
Requirements
He ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ paralegal or associate-level experience in Hong Kong IPOs and/or public company M&A transactions with a top-tier firm. Familiarity with Hong Kong listing rules and PRC laws and regulations is highly beneficial. You will have strong drafting skills and experience in dealing with regulators’ comments as well as SPA and transaction documents. Fluency in reading and writing Mandarin Chinese and English is required. REF: 16494/VTA
