Job Description
Our client is one of the top credit rating and research solutions firm globally. They are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join their growing APAC legal function. Based in Hong Kong, you will support the regional legal and business functions on a range of matters, including drafting, reviewing, filing legal documents, contracts, agreements, perform eDiscovery reviews and legal research, and provide general administrative support on contentious and regulatory matters.
Requirements
You ideally have a legal degree with at least 5 years of experience working as a Paralegal in an MNC environment or a well-recognized law firm. Experience in litigation and general corporate work would be highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required so is fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
