The new law firm PSL, which currently has offices in Delhi and Mumbai, plans to expand operations to Chandigarh, Ahmedabad, Bengaluru and Kolkata, in addition to making quality hires.

The law firm was recently formed out of a merger between Delhi-based Pamasis Law Chambers and SanAd Legal from Mumbai with a combined strength of six partners and 20 lawyers.
Pamasis was established by Sameer Jain, Sandeep Bajaj, Siddharth Jain and Manju Jain in 2012, while SanAd Legal was formed by Aditya Chopra in 2015. “We knew Aditya before he founded SanAd Legal,” Sameer Jain, the joint managing partner at PSL, told India Business Law Journal.
